DJ Blak chronicled the vigil honoring the late rapper on Instagram and shared pictures of the crowd celebrating Bankroll Fresh’s life by listening to his music in the street.
“We out here 4 @streetmoneybankroll #RIPTrent,” DJ Blak writes, referring to Bankroll Fresh’s government name, Trentavious White, “#LLBANKROLLFRESH.”
2 Chainz shared the post, encouraging those in Atlanta to attend the event. He has been in New York this week.
“The city luv Bank!!” the Collegrove rapper says. “All these folks out there for him ..LEGEND …if u in da A join them right na at the Blue Ivory for Bankroll Candle Lighting.”
2 Chainz spoke about losing his friend on the Wendy Williams show Monday (March 7).
“He was an authentic rapper, trap rapper from Atlanta,” 2 Chainz said, “touched many lives, lit up every room he went to. It was super unfortunate, super unnecessary, super senseless.”
